Orange Cinnamon Pork Chops

Min asked if I could post this recipe. She was even nice enough to add a picture from tonight's dinner! I got this recipe from Sandra Lee's Semi-Homemade Slow Cooker Recipes.
This is another nice, simple (only 5 main ingredients!), slow cooker recipe. Have you noticed I like those? I work full time and I usually have about 30 minutes TOPS to get dinner on the table. Sometimes it's nice to just come home, it's already done and I'll I need to do is put it on a plate and pour the milk. This is great with a side of mashed sweet potatoes! (or rice! --Min)

What you'll need...
4 pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
salt/ground pepper
1 medium onion sliced
1 16-oz jar of orange marmalade
1/4 cup of Chardonnay or other white wine (drink the rest!)
4 Cinnamon sticks (about 2 inches long)
Place onion in bottom of a 4-qt slow cooker. Place chops on top and season with salt/pepper. Spoon marmalade over chops. Add wine and cinnamon. Make sure the cinnamon is in the liquid. Cook on low for 4 1/2 to 6 hours.

These were excellent! I doubled the amount of (boneless) pork chops b/c our little grocery doesn't have big ones. Everything else I kept the same. I didn't know about putting the cinnamon sticks in liquid to start, but it was fine because the marmalade melts and the pork chops kind of sink down, so they ended up in the liquid...we had ours with rice, of course. And even served it to my MIL, who loved it!
