Guacamole

This recipe is so simple that you'll kick yourself for not thinking of it sooner.  It's great as an appetizer with tortilla chips or pita chips or to top off your tacos, fajitas, etc... 

What you'll need...

2 ripe avocados
Couple big spoonfuls of your favorite salsa (mild, medium or hot... you pick yourself)
1 Tablespoon lime juice
Kosher salt to taste

Cut the avocados in half and scoop the flesh into a bowl, throw away the pit.  Mash the avocados with a potato masher or a fork.  Add salsa, lime juice and salt and mix well.  Taste and adjust amounts of salsa, lime juice and salt to your liking.
