Instant Chai Mix

This quick recipe makes 10 servings of chai mix, perfect for gift-giving. It comes from the Pillsbury Christmas 2007 Cookbook. Chai is a sweet, spiced, hot tea, flavored with milk, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. It is comforting, wonderfully spicy and fragrant. To make chai, follow the directions below for Instant Chai. If you are giving the mix as a gift, be sure to include a copy of the directions!

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Carefully pour mixture into a decorative, 1-pint food storage container. (I've used a ziploc for easy shipping).
